There is also a nice kitchen with all the amenities and you can wander the 20+ acres of meadows and woods between takes. The live room is 35’ X 25’ with 28’ cathedral ceiling. $500/day $600/day with accommodations and 24hr lock out The Art Garage: A smaller and less expensive option, the garage is set up for mixing magic with an SSL Xdesk at the heart. The space also works very well for overdubs or singer songwriter projects. $350/day $40/hr
